Rental Policies:
All rates subject to 17.962% Accommodations Tax.
25% Advance Payment Required with Reservation.
Maui Banyan AOAO requires a $25 guest registration fee to be collected. This will be included in your quote.
Full payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.
Cleaning/booking fee: $209
Minimum 4 night stay required (unless filling a smaller gap between reservations)
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 10:00 am.
LATE CHECK-OUTS MUST BE ARRANGED IN ADVANCE!! Late check-outs, if approved, are subject to a fee. Ask owner for more info

Cancellation Policy:
100% refund if cancelled 60+ days before travel. 50% refund if cancelled 30-60 days before travel. No refund if cancelled within 29 days of travel, or after arrival date. If the property can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued, less a 20% cancellation fee.
Trip Insurance:
